At Delta we supply complete Paint Mix Rooms, ensuring the safe management of paint fumes and chemicals.
Delta's paint mix room are designed to provide a bright, clean and well ventilated area for mixing paints. Our mixing rooms are made of pre-coated sheet metal with a rockwool core, similar to the other plant elements of the system. External lighting and clean air from the arp is available together with ground level extract for heavy solvent vapour.
Delta's mixing rooms are constructed using modular panels that allow for future expansion, if required. They can be stand alone or constructed directly onto the side of the spray booth - with the side entrance door of the booth opening into the paint mixing room to limit cross contamination.
