Eco-one

A metal & process with minimal effects on air, water, soil, ecosystems and human health degreasing phosphating.

  • One stage, one product, operates at room temperature
no effluent, safe for the environment and the workplace
  • Degreasing and phosphating simultaneously
in a single stage with one single product,
  • No heating costs before starting to work
  • There is no water or soil contamination -
  • No potential for ozone-depletion or global warming. Free of CFCs

One Stage Only Plaforization

Because both degreasing and phosphating are carried out
simultaneously in one stage. It uses a single product to treat
both steel and aluminium surfaces. There is no need to
proceed the parts through several baths.

No Heat Plaforization

It operates at room temperature obviating the need to heat the
solution. This is advantageous both in terms of energy
consumption in general and in the case of occasional or
intermittent production, where heating would be very inefficient.

No Effluents - unlimited bath life Plaforization

There is no effluent because the oil and greases taken off
products being treated are chemically changed and become
part of our polymer coating. So the oils and greases, in their
changed form, leave the tank in the phosphate layer so that they
are not left to form effluent. The encapsulation of the oil, in
addition to dispensing with the need for disposal, has another
advantage. The oil imparts flexibility to the polymer, which
increases impact resistance.

Superior Performance Plaforization

Unlike a conventional phosphate, steel treated with PLAFORIZATION will resist rusting for several days to several weeks for protection between stages of fabrication.
PLAFORIZATION is compatible with most organic coatings such as varnishes, laquers, and paints (water-based, solvent-based, and powders). The protection offered by the plaforization system has been proven to give longer salt spray protection than conventional systems.

Easy Process Management Plaforization

Plant operation is very simple. Parts are dipped or sprayed, hung to drip or blown off, and either air dried or, for faster processing, oven dried. Nor is any significant training required for maintenance, as the process requires no daily analytical controls of the treating solution.

Economic Savings

Plaforization No thermal energy is required - There is no waiting for warm-up before work can start - there is no effluent, ever - There is no down-time for messy cleaning of the tank - There is no cost for effluent/waste disposal - Low capital costs - Less space in the factory - Simple to operate - No daily analytical controls are needed.
